What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes
Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries
Administer employee benefits programs
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
Draft and manage employment contracts
Advise managers and employees on labor law
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain compliant employee documentation
Manage sickness and absence processes
Ensure accurate HR data in HR systems
Process payroll-impacting changes
Act as main point of contact for HR queries

You act as a key operational partner, supporting the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in a fast-paced, international environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Payroll & Benefits** * Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers * Ensure accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations * Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, pension, mobility, etc.) * Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies **HR Administration & Contracts** * Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation * Advise managers and employees on labor law (Netherlands & Italy) and HR policies * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (including visas/work permits where required) * Maintain compliant and audit-ready employee documentation **HR Operations & Absence Ma
