Lead and optimize the entire employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional employee experience across onboarding, leave management (temporary disability/IT), and offboarding processes. Ensure full legal and operational compliance of all contractual documentation, internal policies, and employee handbooks in accordance with the regulatory frameworks of Spain and Portugal. Proactively maintain, audit, and safeguard digital employee files to ensure permanent internal audit readiness for legal or corporate requirements. Oversee the governance of HR data, ensuring strict regulatory compliance with data protection laws (GDPR) across all departmental information workflows. Coordinate and supervise payroll inputs with the external vendor, guaranteeing data quality, timely payments, and social/tax compliance for Iberia. Manage the end-to-end administration of corporate benefits and flexible remuneration schemes, leading vendor relations and resolving complex employee inquiries. Execute annual Compensation and Benefits (C&B) processes, including salary review cycles, as well as the calibration and accrual of variable bonuses. Act as the primary focal
