THE ROLE_ // As Masabi moves into its next stage of growth, we’re building the foundations that help our teams do their best work and grow with us. This role is about shaping how People Operations supports that journey. You’ll bring clarity, care and consistency to the employee experience, from onboarding and everyday support through to people programs, systems and the moments that matter most. You’ll own the day-to-day running of People Operations end-to-end, from onboarding and employee queries through to core programs, compliance, payroll inputs, systems and vendor coordination, helping everything run smoothly and without unnecessary friction. This role sits at the intersection of strong HR fundamentals and operational thinking. You’ll be hands-on, trusted to improve workflows, build better ways of working and reduce manual work over time using systems, data and automation where it makes sense.
