What You'll Do.
Manage pre-boarding and onboarding lifecycle
and process new hire documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for Day 1 experience
Conduct HR induction and orientation sessions
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
Serve as first point of contact for HR queries
Resolve high volume of HR tickets
Ensure tickets are logged and resolved within SLAs
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Document resolutions and FAQs for knowledge base
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws
Support HR audits by providing documentation
