HR Operations experience, Ownership of complex processes, Experience in international, matrixed environment, Deep knowledge of HR operations practices, Capability in Workday, Capability in ServiceNow/HRSD, Ability to analyze data, Ability to identify insights, Ability to translate findings into recommendations, Ability to create structured action plans, Ability to create measurable process improvements, Judgment when handling sensitive employee matters, Confidence partnering with stakeholders, Ability to influence decisions, Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations, Experience leading projects independently, Knowledge of labor compliance across EMEA, Ability to apply compliance understanding, Experience supporting statutory reporting, Experience supporting user acceptance testing, Experience supporting requirements gathering, Experience supporting HR systems change initiatives, Spreadsheet skills, Reporting skills, Ability to use data to support decision-making, Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, Willingness to share expertise, Willingness to coach others, Willingness to contribute to a stronger team environment

The Role As an HR Operations Specialist, EMEA, you will help shape how HR Operations scales across a complex and fast-moving region. You will own and continuously improve key people processes, building solutions that are accurate, efficient, and designed to create a seamless employee experience. In this role, you will partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems, simplify workflows, and strengthen operational excellence. Your work will directly influence how we support employees, manage risk, and build smarter, more scalable HR operations across EMEA. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of key HR Operations processes across EMEA, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, scalable, and resilient. Use data, trends, and recurring patterns to identify opportunities early, uncover root causes, and design proactive solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. Resolve complex and sensitive HR cases with sound judgment, balancing consistency, policy, business context, and employee needs. Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, HR People Technology, and other stakeholders to improve workflows, clarify requirements, and strengthen cross-functional ways of working. Lead operational projects from discovery through implementation, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, process design, change management, and follow-through on deliverables.
