What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year of experience handling HR administration.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Spanish Social Security, Spanish Tax regulation and administration is a plus, communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish is a plus

What You'll Do.

Onboard new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.

including employee records

system updates and document management.

Sick Leaves – make sure our database is correctly updated.

Explain the benefits for all new hires and current employees

Administer changes to salary

etc. and provide support to implement new Benefits packages or improve the current ones.

Support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll

administration and benefits.

Support employees on a day to day basis and answer questions about benefits

Oversee and manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle

ensuring seamless execution of processes from onboarding to offboarding

including maintaining accurate employment records

preparing employment documentation

facilitating changes to terms and conditions

and ensuring compliance.

Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data

identifying flaws in processes and operations

and proposing improvements and changes.

Team & Collaboration

Support the rest of the People team or any other department that needs it for any topics related to our employees’ payroll, administration and benefits.; optimizing coordination between colleagues.

Communication Scope

communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish is a plus
