What You'll Do.
and develop a team of Payroll and HR Operations professionals
Direct and manage end‑to‑end payroll operations
ensuring accurate and timely processing
Oversee multiple pay cycles and ensure all payroll deadlines and payment requirements are met
Serve as the senior payroll subject matter expert
providing escalation support
Ensure compliance with company pay policies
Provide expert guidance on payroll law
and accounting principles
Oversee U. S. and Canada year‑end processing
and routinely review payroll and HR operational controls
and quality assurance measures
Approve and release manual and off‑cycle payroll payments
Ensure payroll systems
inbound/outbound interfaces

and GL mappings are properly configured and maintained
Oversee vendor and invoice management
Lead HR operations for AMN country group
ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle events
Oversee the management and prioritization of the relationship with GBS

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and continuous improvement of HR operations, systems, and processes including payroll. Acting as a subject matter expert and escalation point, the role partners closely with the HR Business Partners, HRIS, and external providers to drive operational excellence, workforce engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
