What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, Focus on employee services, Understanding of pension plans, Understanding of payroll processes, Proven experience with HRIS systems, Proven experience with data management, High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Solid data acumen, Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
Nice to Have
Payroll administration experience, Familiarity with Workday, Familiarity with ADP
What You'll Do.
Maintain employee profiles and documents
Generate reports from HRIS
Execute employee documents
Assist with management of PX data
Prepare and distribute quarterly occupancy data
Own the bi-weekly payroll process
and disability administration
Manage supplier relationship with ADP
Act as point of contact for employee concerns
Respond daily to employee inquiries
Orchestrate onboarding and off-boarding processes
Communicate with employees regarding leaves
Ensure a user-focused employee experience
Support delivery of HR projects
Identify gaps and opportunities for improved services
Explore and implement innovative solutions
