Typically University degree required **Responsibilities** **Expat Services Management** * Obtaining necessary working permits, including but not limited to working visa, work permit, TRC for International Assignees, or oversea Jabil colleagues. * Manage working permits expiration. * Manage visa process for JTV business travelers. * Control of cost of expat services **C &B Administrative** * Attendance Management * Paid leave management. * DL entry document & contract * SHUI Claims * Employee document collection **Others** * Support recruiting activities * Onboarding training. * Other assigned by direct supervisors **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** * Local related Expat Management Regulation * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software. * Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages. * Ability to write simple correspondence.
