Full Job Description

We’re looking for an **HR Onboarding Specialist** to support a fast-growing health-tech platform serving home health and care organizations. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end onboarding and credentialing process for both clinical and administrative hires, with a strong focus on compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational follow-through. This is a detail-heavy, process-driven role ideal for someone with prior healthcare HR experience who understands confidentiality, regulatory requirements, and the real consequences of onboarding delays or compliance gaps.
