Must Have
HBO working and thinking level, 5-8 years HR Officer experience, Experience with HR and payroll systems, Administrative and organizational skills, Experience in multinational environment, Fluency in Dutch, Command of English
Nice to Have
MBO qualification with extensive experience, Good command of French

Take ownership of HR administration
Manage personnel processes
Ensure accurate payroll preparation
Administer employee benefits
Manage personnel data
Coordinate recruitment
Support training administration
Maintain HR documentation
Act as contact for employees
Act as contact for managers
Act as contact for HR colleagues
Act as contact for external providers
Contribute to HR process improvement
Contribute to HR system improvement
Contribute to service delivery improvement
