## Description Amazon RIVR is a robotics company pioneering Physical AI through real-world doorstep delivery. Founded in 2024 as an ETH Zurich spin-off, RIVR developed wheeled-legged robots designed to operate in complex, unstructured environments such as stairs, gates, doors, and uneven urban terrain. We believe that achieving general physical intelligence requires solving real customer problems in the real world, where robots can learn from rich operational data at scale. Following our acquisition by Amazon in March 2026, we are continuing this mission with greater reach and speed. By combining custom robot hardware, onboard autonomy, and cloud-based coordination, Amazon RIVR is building the next generation of safe, reliable autonomous robots for last-mile delivery Job Description As we scale within the Amazon ecosystem, we are looking for an HR & Office Operations Specialist to act as a mission-critical partner to our HR Manager. You will be the operational "engine" of our Zurich site, balancing the technical integration into Amazon’s global systems with the management of our professional workspace. This role is for a high-functioning professional who can navigate enterprise-level HRIS environments and the logistical challenges of a corporate office relocation. ## What you’ll be doing HR Support & Integration (70%): System Migration & Data Integrity: Support the transition from BambooHR to Amazon’s global PeopleSoft environment. You will be responsible for data hygiene, record migration, and becoming the local "power user" for Amazon’s HR tools. SharePoint Architecture: Act as the "Librarian" for the Zurich site, building and maintaining a highly organized, secure HR knowledge hub in Microsoft SharePoint to ensure all team documentation is Amazon-audit-ready. Payroll & Compliance Quality: Act as the first line of defense for Swiss payroll, supporting the HR & Office Operations Manager in reviewing monthly reports for accuracy and oversee mandatory time-tracking r
