We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join us on-site at our Tbilisi office for a 9-month maternity leave coverage , supporting HR operations in a dynamic, international environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to day-to-day work, cares about creating a smooth employee experience, and isn’t afraid to take ownership of different processes. You’ll be at the center of HR operations, working closely with employees in Georgia and across different countries. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident enough to manage multiple tasks while staying hands-on with everyday HR activities.
