What You'll Do.
Support smooth and efficient running of day-to-day HR operations
benefits administration
Act as a key point of contact for employees
answering HR-related questions and ensuring a positive
seamless employee experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems
ensuring data accuracy.
Prepare and manage HR documentation
including employment contracts
and other HR-related documents.
Ensure accurate payroll processing by tracking employee changes
coordinating with payroll providers
and submitting required data on time.
Organize and coordinate team activities and events for employees in Georgia.
Coordinate global mobility processes
including relocations
work-from-anywhere arrangements
and related administrative activities.
Manage immigration processes for non-citizen employees in Georgia
including administering work authorization and permit applications
and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Stay up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws in Georgia
communicate with relevant government institutions as needed
and ensure legal compliance.
Act as the main point of contact and coordinate all communication with EOR service providers on employee-related matters across 12 different countries.
Oversee and monitor administrative processes handled by EOR providers
reviewing and validating HR documentation.
Track internal employee changes and ensure accurate payroll data is submitted to EOR providers.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes managed by EOR service providers
based on our internal requests.
Oversee and support office administration
ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
