What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Proven experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, Experience working with internal policies, case management, HR decision-making, General knowledge of Colombian labor law from an HR perspective, communication skills in English, with at least B2 level proficiency, Bachelor’s degree completed, Ability to navigate ambiguity, analyze situations carefully, make policy-based recommendations

Nice to Have

Previous experience as an HRBP or HR BAM, Broader HR background across additional HR disciplines, Experience partnering with Finance organizations or supporting corporate functions, Experience leading or supporting complex employee cases requiring judgment and policy interpretation, Experience managing stakeholders across multiple HR teams, Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising junior talent/interns, Exposure to third-party workforce management

What You'll Do.

Lead and manage employee relations cases

Provide guidance to HR partners

Support decision-making related to employee situations

Review cases thoroughly

Act as a trusted HR advisor

Contribute to labor relations topics

Provide limited HRBP/HR BAM support

Develop and maintain cross-functional collaboration

Provide guidance and support to an intern

Demonstrate operational discipline

Develop and maintain cross-functional collaboration within HR; partner effectively with HR stakeholders; managing stakeholders across multiple HR teams

Communication Scope

communication skills in English, with at least B2 level proficiency
