**HR Manager / Director of Talent Development & Operations** **SallySupport** **Salary Range: 1500 \- 1800 USD/Month** **Monday to Friday- 8 am- 5 pm EST 1 hour lunch break** We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Director of Talent Development & Operations to help lead and strengthen the people operations engine of the company. This role is responsible for overseeing employee development, workforce operations, coaching, HR support, retention initiatives, and internal team performance across SallySupport’s growing remote workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, emotionally intelligent, operationally minded, and experienced in managing and developing remote teams within fast-paced service organizations or BPO environments. This is not a traditional HR role focused only on policies and administration. This is a leadership role focused on helping to build a high-performing, scalable organization capable of maintaining exceptional talent quality, employee experience, and operational consistency. **Key Responsibilities** **Employee Development & Coaching** * Provide ongoing coaching and development support to SallySupport team members * Help employees improve communication, professionalism, accountability, and client interaction skills * Support employee growth and career development planning * Identify high-potential team members for future leadership opportunities * Build a culture of continuous improvement and professional development **HR Support & Workforce Management** * Resolve HR-related concerns and interpersonal issues between team members * Support conflict resolution and employee communication * Monitor employee morale, engagement, and overall workforce health * Help ensure a positive and professional remote work environment * Support employee retention initiatives and workforce culture development **Performance Management & KPIs** * Develop and monitor workforce KPIs and accountability systems * Conduct employee check-ins, reviews, and perform
