Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies

Manage central C&B processes

Manage personnel cost planning

Manage salary reviews

Manage bonus processes

Support international assignments

Coordinate payroll topics

Advise employees on C&B matters

Conduct training sessions

Administer pension plans
