Proven experience in setting up HR functions in manufacturing, infrastructure, or greenfield projects, expertise in recruitment, payroll management, and talent management, Deep understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks, Experience in handling contractor workforce and industrial relations, Ability to manage large-scale hiring and workforce planning in complex environments, stakeholder management skills, including government and regulatory bodies, Hands-on approach with the ability to build systems and processes from the ground up, Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving project environments with high ownership, Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business and operational goals
