This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience as an **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** and a solid foundation in **HR Generalist** responsibilities. The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure seamless HR operations. The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring HR processes align with business objectives. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities ### HR Business Partnering * Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies. * Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. * Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and recommend solutions for improving team performance and productivity. * Support organizational change initiatives and help drive employee adoption and engagement. ### HR Generalist Functions * Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits. * Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently implemented across teams. * Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution to HR-related concerns. * Support performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and development planning initiatives. * Assist in compensation and benefits administration and employee recognition programs. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. ### Empl
