What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing and operations environment with direct business partnering responsibilities, knowledge of US and MN labor laws, Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot), Advanced in HRIS/payroll systems such as Workday and ADP

Nice to Have

HR certification (e.g. , SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR), Experience with Lean Management tools, At least 1 year in an HR leadership role

What You'll Do.

Executing HR strategy

Leading HR operations for the Radiometer site in New Brighton

Supporting the Site Lead and local leadership team

Driving and performing HR activities

Maintaining and implementing HR policies

and solutions aligned with Radiometer and Danaher standards

Applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to identify opportunities for HR and business process improvement

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaboration with talent acquisition; Collaboration with Radiometer’s global HR teams; Collaboration with local Beckman Coulter’s teams
