What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of progressive HR experience in India, expertise in India labor law and statutory compliance, Demonstrated hands-on experience using Workday (recruiting + core HCM required), Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
Nice to Have
Experience working within a multinational or matrixed organization, stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and coach senior leaders, Operationally strong, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Partner with Corporate HRBP
Act as a trusted HR advisor
Balance entrepreneurial market needs
Align global HR strategy
