What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles, Experience with HR operations, administration, and compliance, Experience managing HR in a Serbian context, Bilingual fluency in Serbian and English
Nice to Have
SHRM-CP or PHR certification, Command of the Russian language
What You'll Do.
Manage all day-to-day HR Operations
and Compliance in the Serbia office
Provide strategic People Partnering support for growing global teams
Ensure full compliance with Serbian Labor Law
Health and Safety regulations
and other relevant legislation
Manage employee relations
performance management
and compensation and benefits administration
Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate HR reports
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with HR colleagues in the US
