Must Have

3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles, Experience with HR operations, administration, and compliance, Experience managing HR in a Serbian context, Bilingual fluency in Serbian and English

Nice to Have

SHRM-CP or PHR certification, Command of the Russian language

About the Role We are seeking a highly capable HR Manager to serve as the primary on-site Human Resources representative for our Serbia office. This is a hands-on role that is critical for managing all day-to-day HR Operations, Administration, and Compliance in our Serbia office hub, in addition to providing strategic People Partnering support for our growing global teams. Reporting to the Global HR Leadership, you will leverage your HR Generalist and HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and compliant environment across our international teams. Your commitment to providing operational excellence, an exceptional employee experience, sound critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving will be essential to sustaining Nx's growth in Serbia.
