What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, At least 3-5 years in an HR management role, Broad HR generalist experience across all HR functions, Proven experience managing HR teams and leading HR initiatives, Deep understanding of Japanese labor laws and employment regulations, Experience working in multinational organizations with matrix structures, Japanese proficiency at a level equivalent to JLPT N1, Residence status that permits full-time employment in Japan
Nice to Have
