4+ year university degree, Deep knowledge of Japanese labor law, social and welfare benefits, and HR administration, Minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager or higher, focused on performance management, onboarding, and exit processes, Proficient in HRIS management, PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Fluent Japanese and English
