**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: ​ * Serve as a trusted business partner to plant leadership, shaping HR strategy and organizational effectiveness * Lead and evolve talent management processes, including succession planning, development, and learning initiatives * Drive the full talent acquisition process in partnership with centralized recruiting to attract top talent * Champion employer branding efforts to strengthen the site’s reputation in the local market * Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and audit requirements * Implement and support compensation and benefits programs that drive engagement and retention * Act as the key HR liaison between site leadership and regional/corporate HR, ensuring alignment and execution of HR initiatives # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field * 5+ years of progressive HR experience (we welcome high-performing HR Generalists ready to step into leadership) * Demonstrated experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, multi-department or matrix environment * Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments preferred * Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and core HR processes * Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels * A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
