The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies at the country level, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. This role combines strategic partnership and operational execution, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. **Job Description** * Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with country and regional objectives. * Support and execute HR strategies, including key projects and initiatives. * Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. * Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. * Localize and govern HR policies in line with Singapore regulations and best practices. * Drive talent strategies, including talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building. * Promote a high-performance and engaged culture through employee experience initiatives. * Provide oversight on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. * Lead HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. * Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. * Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs, and external partners. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * **Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with mandatory experience in an IT services/system integrator environment.** * Strong background in HR business partnering and country-level HR leadership. * Proven experience in executing HR strategies aligned to business goals. * Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. * Strong expertise in talent management and leadership development. * Solid employee relations experience hand
