What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or equivalent in HR, CIPD qualification level 5 or above, Experience leading and managing a team, 5 years HR generalist experience, Understanding of UK employment law, Proficient in HR/ATS/Scheduling systems, Experience managing employee relations casework, Proven experience developing/updating HR policies, Problem-solving skills, Ability to remain calm under pressure, Manage workload effectively, Experience in busy fast-paced environment, Full Driving license

Oversee recruitment and vetting
Ensure vetting compliance targets achieved
Provide advice to line managers
Provide coaching to line managers
Provide case management support
Support early dispute resolution
Manage ER cases end to end
Ensure timely and fair outcomes
Attend investigations and hearings
Deliver compliant advice
Support effective decision making
Co-ordinate HR projects
Align policies with legislation
Align policies with best practice
Lead HR training delivery
Deliver people training
Manage absence and attendance
Manage long term sickness
Build trusted relationships with managers
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities
