You are a socially poised problem solver who is also a motivating team builder. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle (Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Offboarding). * Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise. * Develop and deliver employee training programs. * Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes. * Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters. * Lead and support employee engagement activities. * Analyze data to inform personnel decisions. * Maintain personnel records, create operational budgets, provide input and insight to compensation and benefits programs. **Requirements** * Degree in Human Resources or Business, with minimum of three to five years in Human Resources. * Experience as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner in a multiple Manufacturing or Distribution Center business unit environment. * Excellent communicator (written, verbal). * Working knowledge of Canadian and US Employment Standards (including the nuances of same across State lines). * A strong understanding of HR data and metrics. * Strong computer skills including MS Office, HRIS (Payworks, Workable, Bamboo). **Benefits** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Group medical benefits, insurance. * Employee Assistance Program. * Modern, well-equipped facility. * Applicants must be legally e
