What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed recently (or final year), 0–2 years of experience, Fluent English required
Nice to Have
Background in business, HR, psychology, communications or related field, interest in AI tools and how they can improve the way teams work, Proactive mindset, Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-moving environments, communication skills and confidence working with different people, Czech/Slovak will be an advantage, experience in employer branding, internal communication or culture-related projects
