Demonstrable experience leading HR M&A deals in a corporate or consulting environment, knowledge of the M&A deal lifecycle, deal process dynamics, and HR M&A fundamentals, Proven ability in developing stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and building trust in a globally matrixed organization, Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: organization design/global job architecture, HR operations & technology (Workday/Strada), or global benefits
