What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience across HR, People Operations, Talent, or organisational leadership roles in high-growth environments, business acumen, Deep understanding of people, motivation, performance, and team dynamics, High-agency operator who is comfortable making decisions independently and driving outcomes, Able to balance empathy with high standards and clear accountability, Exceptional judgment and communication skills, Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environments, Low ego, highly trusted, and capable of influencing across all levels of the company
Nice to Have
Experience building people functions in startup or hypergrowth environments, Exposure to founder-led or product-driven organisations, Experience designing compensation, performance, and talent systems from scratch, intuition for hiring exceptional talent across functions and seniority levels
