What You'll Do.
Assist with new hire onboarding processes
and orientation logistics
support candidate sourcing efforts in our ATS
scheduling interviews
communicate with candidates
assist with tracking hiring activities
Support audits of employee files and ensure documentation aligns with HR policies
Maintain accurate employee data and update records in HR systems
Assist with training coordination and development initiatives
and reporting as needed
