Full Job Description

HR Intern / Project Assistant Minimum 3–6 months Open to final-year students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates About the Role This is a hands-on role sitting within our regional HR team, supporting two complementary areas of work — HR operations and talent strategy. You'll split your time between a live document digitization project and regional employer branding initiatives, with additional exposure to talent analytics and broader HR projects along the way. It's a great fit if you're someone who's organized and methodical but also has a creative streak — and wants to see how a regional HR function operates, not just read about it. What You'll Be Working On 1. e-Filing & Document Digitization (Primary) Supporting: HR Manager, Regional Office You'll drive our document migration project — helping digitize and organize our physical HR records into a global system. Audit existing physical archives and current filing structures Map and index documents to ensure clean, accurate data migration Work with the Regional HRIS team to upload and categorize records into the global system Handle all documents in compliance with PDPA and internal data security protocols Flag issues or bottlenecks early and help troubleshoot solutions Develop simple filing guidelines to support team adoption going forward Track migration progress and prepare brief status updates for stakeholders 2. Employer Branding & EVP (Primary) Supporting: Area HR Manager, Southeast Asia You'll support our Head of HR in shaping what we stand for as an employer — and how we communicate that across Southeast Asia. Research EVP trends and benchmark against organizations in the region Help develop messaging and content for internal and external employer branding Assist in creating materials for campaigns, working sessions, and communications Support coordination of EVP-related initiatives and keep things moving Help gather employee insights through surveys or focus groups to inform the strategy 3.
