Nice to Have

Previous administrative experience, Internship experience is a plus, Familiarity with HRIS system, Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Familiarity with SAP, Familiarity with recruitment processes

Prepare onboarding materials

Ensure smooth onboarding

Maintain employee records

Update employee records

Support employee lifecycle processes

Assist with HR documentation

Assist with record retention

Respond to employee inquiries

Provide administrative support
