What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Unrestricted work authorization to work in Brazil, Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, Advanced English

Nice to Have

Domain in the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ability to write correctly, with clarity and objectivity, Mastery of verbal language and ability to speak clearly and objectively, Awareness and control of body language, Sound compelling, create empathy and generate interest, Listen to the message, process it and provide the appropriate response, Be organized, Know how to work with deadlines and under pressure

Support HR team in administrative activities

Contribute to efficient execution of HR processes

Open positions in myHR

Fill vacancy information in Smart Recruiters

Send and track Background Check

Complete hiring information in Click Boarding

Send information to CIEE for contract

Send welcome email to candidate

Follow-up to receive hiring documents

Schedule hiring medical examination

Issue letter for salary account opening

Register hiring in myHR

Communicate hiring to Payroll LATAM

Intermediate with providers for benefit inclusion

Monitor delivery of benefit cards

Follow-up with IT for work equipment

Follow-up with payroll team for documentation

Check contracting documentation information

Prepare and edit hiring documents

Send hiring documents for signature

Create physical and electronic files

Communicate with Randstad for temporary hiring

Include and exclude beneficiaries

Change benefit category

Ensure benefits are in full operation

Send monthly amounts for VA

and pay benefit invoices

Interface with providers for benefit issues

Control and schedule medical examinations

Pay occupational clinics monthly

Enter EHS information into Gensuite

Manual calculation of timesheets

Send consolidated timesheet information

Schedule dismissal medical examination

Send termination survey

Request credit card cancellation

Align with employee/IT for equipment return

Deliver vacation notices and receipts

Send vacation notices and receipts for signature

Communicate and support HR events
