Maintain HR Workday database
Ensure standards of accuracy and quality
Ensure compliance with relevant procedures
Assist with recruiting of key talent
Assist with new hire on-boarding
Assist with Learning & Development initiatives
Follow defined HR processes
Challenge steps that may not make sense
Process documentation in accordance the possible changes
Develop a good working relationship with the PG
Timely and accurate administration of HR processes
Early identification of requirements
Early identification of any service issues
Works closely with management supervisors

**Team overview and job responsibilities** We are looking for a **HR Intern** to join our HR team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. We’re looking for people with a passion for success — on the job and beyond. **Tasks And Responsibilities** o Maintain HR Workday database and ensure standards of accuracy and quality as well as compliance with relevant procedures. o Assist with recruiting of key talent, new hire on-boarding and Learning & Development initiatives. o Consistently follow defined HR processes, challenge steps that may not make sense / add value. o Process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts. o Develop a good working relationship with the PG HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues. o Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention. o Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results. o Open to partner feedback and use it to improve our service offering. o Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including filing, office organization, project coordination, creation of employee communications and events organization. **Who are we looking for?** o Active student of Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field. o Proficiency with Microsoft applications; other like Canva, LinkedIn, etc. are considered a plus. o Availability for a minimum of 6 months
