Company Name: Maskoid Technologies Position: HR Intern (Part-Time) Location: Vadodara | 3 Months | Work Mode: Work From Office Qualification: Graduation / Pursuing Graduation (Part-Time) About the Role Maskoid Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR functions, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the recruitment and hiring process. * Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates. * Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups. * Support employee onboarding and documentation. * Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee data. * Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication. * Help in preparing HR reports and maintaining databases. * Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Requirements * Pursuing Graduation or completed Graduation (preferred HR specialization). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
