What You'll Do.
Assisting with core HR operations including recruitment
and personnel file management
Supporting the HR team in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
including documentation and follow-up activities
Coordinating the onboarding of new hires and managing newcomer evaluations and probationary processes in a timely and structured manner
Supporting recruitment processes such as interview coordination
candidate communication
and hiring documentation
Assisting in the preparation
and digitalization of employee records and personnel files in line with internal policies and legal requirements
Helping track and report key HR metrics
Contributing to HR process improvement
and automation projects
including data analysis and operational efficiency initiatives
Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Assisting the HR team in daily operational tasks and continuous improvement activities
