We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an **HR Intern**. As an **HR Intern** at **iKnowHow S.A**., you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of HR operations. You will be assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee record maintenance, and HR administration. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals. _*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law._ **Responsibilities** * Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms * Screen resumes and application forms * Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates * Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks * Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies * Participate in organizing company events and careers days **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. **Benefits** * Career development and growth opportunities * An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens #LI-On-s
