Job Title: HR Intern – Process Improvement Duration: 12 weeks Department: Human Resources Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Intern with a strong interest in process improvement and operational efficiency. This role will support the HR team in evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement & Optimization Map and document current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, offboarding) Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps in workflows Recommend and support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience Apply basic continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma concepts) to HR workflows Assist in standardizing processes and cre
