****Job Description:**** ****Support with Talent Acquisition**** * Coordinate and organize interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. * Proactively assist in developing the Airbus Tianjin Delivery Centre (ATDC) talent pool to support future hiring needs. ****Support with HR Digitalization & Analytics: **** * Maintain and optimize the HR Google Site, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly. * Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports to support data-driven HR decision-making. ****Support with Global Mobility:**** * Support global mobility operations, including immigration/visa processing and Chinese social security administration for international assignees. ****Other administrative support if needed ：**** * On site logistics for deployment of ATDC trainings * Manage official document stamping, archiving, and the P-file (Personal File) transfer project from Beijing to Tianjin. * Execute general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
