Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, or project-based HR roles, Hands-on experience supporting or implementing HR technology, A working understanding of HR compliance and employment laws, organization skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or housing environments, HR or project management certification, Experience supporting multiple locations or union environments, Change management experience

Owning assigned HR projects and communicating updates clearly
