Full Job Description
**_Position Objective:_** To administer, execute, review, and document Human Resources processes for personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation, internal policies, operational guidelines, and requirements for internal, client, and labor authority audits. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience managing multi-site personnel. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Federal Labor Law. Personnel administration and pre-payroll processes. Social Security and housing fund processes. Document control and labor audit preparation. Basic HR KPI reporting. Skills and Competencies: Organization and attention to detail. Effective communication. Follow-up and control. Basic labor conflict management. Ability to work under pressure. Compliance-oriented mindset. Discretion and confidentiality. Labor Relations: * Apply Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, and company policies. * Prepare, document, and follow up on disciplinary actions and administrative records. * Address and document labor conflicts involving outsourced personnel. * Execute and document termination, resignation, and dismissal processes. * Attend labor authority inspections and provide verifiable documentation. _Personnel Administration:_ * Review and validate that payroll-related incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, among others) are properly entered into the system by managers or operational leaders. * Execute and document employee hires, terminations, and changes with social security authorities and internal systems. * Prepare, renew, and control employment contracts in accordance with applicable labor laws. * Ensure full documental traceability of Human Resources processes.
