What You'll Do.
Implement human resources policies
Assist in ensuring timely and accurate processing of
Drive recruiting efforts for attraction and onboarding of
Advise and counsel leaders and employees to facilitate
Conduct investigations in a fair and equal manner
Support employees in resolution of all benefits concerns
Assist in running annual performance evaluation process
Facilitate annual salary/merit administration process for Site
Administer random drug testing program under the Substance
Ensure all job descriptions are up to date
Support Wellness Program for INEOS Oxide
Work with the Site Leadership Team for retention
Ensure proper implementation of various human resource activities
Prepare and/or maintain special internal and external reports
Prepare annual compensation survey analysis as provide salary
Work with Accounting Manager to prepare the annual

INEOS Oxide is one of the world’s leading producers of Ethylene Oxide (EO) and Ethylene Oxide Derivatives (EODs). We currently have a total EO and EOD capacity of 920 kta spread across five different production units throughout Europe and the US. These units have leading cost economics, due to economies of scale, state-of-the-art technology, strategic locations, etc. Our EO project in the US is targeting the fast-growing merchant EO market, building on our experience and leadership position in Europe. **_Purpose of the Job:_** This position is responsible for implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices for INEOS Oxide.
