Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** **HR Generalist Payroll** Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o afín Conocimientos indispensables y experiencia de 5 años en: * Nóminas y compensación * Normatividad STPS, IMSS, LFT, ISR, INFONAVIT, SAR. * Relaciones laborales * Auditorías * Inglés Intermedio Responsabilidades * Procesamiento y control de nómina (prenómina e incidencias). * Cumplimiento legal y pagos a autoridades (IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). * Altas, bajas, movimientos ante IMSS y autoridades. * Cálculo de finiquitos, aguinaldo y PTU * Administración de salarios, prestaciones y deducciones * Control de asistencia e incidencias (relojes checadores) * Control de expedientes altas y bajas * Aplicar el proceso de disciplina progresiva * Registro de entrenamiento del personal * Participar en auditorias Principales competencias: * Análisis numérico y pensamiento crítico. * Conocimiento legal y orientado al cumplimiento. * Organización y gestión del tiempo.
