Manage employee leave and absenteeism programs
Analyze attendance/leave trends
Support employees and leaders in navigating leave options
Coordinate leave case documentation and communications
Partner with community resources
Ensure compliance and consistent practices
Monitor patterns of absenteeism
Support leaders with attendance policies
Develop proactive outreach processes
Create and maintain dashboards and reports
Analyze trends and present findings
Track key performance indicators
Identify opportunities to improve processes
Partner with community agencies
Maintain and curate resource directory
Support employees in navigating resources
