What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 3 years recruitment experience, 3 years employee relations experience, Basic Japan labor law knowledge, Business level English, Native Japanese or Business Japanese + Native Chinese, Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Willing to be in flexible working locations, Ability to manage multiple tasks, Ability to prioritize tasks, Excellent organizational skills, Attention to details, Liaise with HR and other departments

What You'll Do.

Perform HR Generalist duties

Be a Business Partner

Handle employee relations

Handle performance issues

Be employee contact for inquiries

Work with HR Manager setting recruiting strategies

Responsible for entire recruiting process

Maintain JDs and job requisitions

Manage recruitment portal/job boards

Manage the selection process

Conduct intake meetings

Conduct screening interviews

Arrange interviews with hiring managers

Conduct background/reference check

Conduct offer meetings

Be point of contact between candidates and MVCI

Organize and conduct onboarding orientation

Monitor new hires onboarding

Follow up with new hires and business leaders

Maintain and update HR KPIs

Responsible for HRIS transactions

Validate and ensure employee records are updated

Solve issues with support

Participate in HR projects

Participate in HR assignments

Maintain and update employment's personal file

Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records

Provide translation services

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with HR Manager; Collaborate with another HR Generalist; Working closely with Managers; Liaise with HR departments; Liaise with other departments
