Maintain employee personnel files
Ensure compliance with MLC requirements
Ensure compliance with flag state regulations
Ensure compliance with visas

Ensure compliance with licenses
Ensure compliance with training records
Monitor document expiration dates
Coordinate timely renewals
Conduct periodic audits of employee records
Support vessel audits
Support vessel inspections
Prepare employment contracts
Issue employment contracts

Manage employee onboarding
Manage employee offboarding
Administer employee benefits programs
Act as point of contact for inquiries
