degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable commercial qualification, practical experience in a generalist HR role, Good knowledge of labor law, confidence in handling administrative HR processes, familiar with common HRIS and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar applications, excellent German skills, good written and spoken English skills, structured, pragmatic, and reliable way of working, professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive topics, ability to think critically and contribute proactively

Manage full recruitment process

Ensure structured and efficient execution of administrative HR processes

Prepare employment-related documents

Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies

Align with Works Council
